As Instructional leaders, we wear many hats. Although we are very good at multi-tasking, we can also feel overwhelmed with attempting to juggle everyday task and plan for professional development for our staff and for ourselves. In addition to the many other task impeding our time for planning professional development we also have to be aware of the multitude of needs of the staff as well as their teaching styles and learning styles.
